FAQ
Do I have to do anything after an order comes in?
No. Every paid order becomes an invoice on its own, the document is emailed to your customer, and it is exported to your cloud on the schedule you choose. You set those rules once during onboarding.
What happens when an order is refunded or edited?
A refund issues a credit note that stays linked to the original invoice, and an edited order gets a new invoice. The document you already issued is never rewritten, so your numbering stays unbroken.
Can I use my own logo, colors and invoice numbering?
Yes. Logo, accent colors and fonts are a few clicks in settings, with a live preview of the finished document as you edit. You can also keep your own invoice numbering format and choose which columns appear.

Does this keep me compliant with EU and VAT rules?
Invoice Inn issues sequentially numbered documents with a full VAT breakdown, credit notes for refunds, and a locked archive - what an EU auditor expects to see. It is not a substitute for advice from your own accountant.
Where are my documents stored, and can I export them?
Documents are stored encrypted in the EU. You can download them at any time, and schedule exports to Google Drive or Dropbox so your accountant always has the current set.

You're a new app. What if something breaks, or you shut down?
There is no ticket queue - the people who built the app answer support directly, usually within a few hours. Your documents are always exportable, and scheduled exports mean a copy already lives in your own cloud, so you are never locked in.
What happens to my documents if I uninstall?
They stay yours. Export them before you go, or write to us and we will help. If you have scheduled exports running, a copy is already in your Google Drive or Dropbox.
